What were you into as a kid in high school?
Was there someone or something that inspired you to get into this career?
Did you have a prior career to this that led you to your current status?
If you could go back and visit your 20 year old self, what would you tell yourself?
Do you have a typical work day or is everyday different?
Did college prepare you to do your job?
What was the biggest difference between what college taught you and what the working world required?
Did you have a mentor?
Do you feel like the path you took was the right or best way of getting to where you are now?
Would you do things differently? Would you skip or add anything?
Coming into this career, where did you start off? Is this where most people start?
Could you describe the path of advancement in a typical company of your career?
